Led by principal ShuBo Zhao, our team takes on a limited number of significant projects each year — new custom homes, whole-home renovations and additions — and sees every one through personally, from the first site walk to the final punch list.
Pricing is shown in the open, our trade partners have worked with us for years, and there is no layer of subcontracted management between you and the people actually building your home.
